To assist with your budgeting, we have included a list of fees you may encounter as a current or future resident. This resource is intended to help you estimate your initial and monthly costs. To help budget your monthly fixed costs, start with your monthly apartment rent and add the required fees, any optional add-ons, and situational fees that will apply in particular circumstances. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on move-in date and lease term. Some apartment homes may require pre-qualification if required by any applicable affordability program. Rentable items are subject to availability and may not be available for all apartment homes.

Standard Security Deposit subject to change based on screening results; total security deposit(s) will not exceed any maximum prescribed by applicable law. Resident may be responsible for maintaining insurance pursuant to the Lease or for covering related costs. Some fees may not apply to apartment homes receiving subsidies or subject to an affordability program. Resident is responsible for damages that exceed ordinary wear and tear. Some items may be taxed under applicable law. This form does not modify the lease, and all fees are subject to the terms of the lease. Additional fees, including situational fees, may apply in specific situations as detailed in the lease. A sample lease agreement may be requested prior to the application process. Residents may be responsible for activating and maintaining utility services, including, but not limited to, electricity, water, gas, and internet, as well as utility service fees, as specified in the lease agreement. Lease terms and available options are subject to change and may vary based on apartment home availability and any applicable program requirements. In the event of any conflict between this information and the lease, the terms of the lease govern and control.
